We are an Asian fusion restaurant located in the heart of downtown Wellington. Our goal is to present traditional Chinese flavour profiles in fresh and exciting ways. At Red Hill you can enjoy all of your favourite drinks, or a cocktail if you’re feeling adventurous!

A big part of our identity is sourcing our produce locally. From our house made broth to local dishes, creating good food starts with quality, local ingredients. Although traditional dishes like General Tso’s chicken will always be a big part of what we do, we’re always on a mission to create exciting and new cuisine. 

Our Hotpot is a big part of this. Giving our customers the chance to get their creative juices flowing is proving popular. Providing an experience, as well as great tasting food is a combination we are proud to offer. The new menu has also allowed us to add more vegetarian and vegan options, a favourite being the orange tofu. Our reworked menu is also completely MSG free. 

Our restaurant can also cater for functions, whether it’s a stag night, a birthday, or a Christmas party. Karaoke can also be arranged any night of the week for functions.
